This policy explains what information RevOpsDev collects when you visit revopsdev.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. RevOpsDev is the consulting practice of Sharoze Iftikhar, operating globally and remotely. Questions about this policy can be sent to sharoze@revopsdev.com.
Information collected
RevOpsDev collects two kinds of information:
- Information you provide. When you submit the contact form or book a call, you share details such as your name, email address, company, and message. This information is processed through HubSpot so that I can respond to your enquiry.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, revopsdev.com uses analytics to understand how the site is used. This includes pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and on-page interactions. Some of this data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Analytics and third party services
The site uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic and usage measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity for anonymised usage analytics, including heatmaps and session insights.
- HubSpot for the contact form, meeting scheduling, and visitor analytics. Form submissions are stored in HubSpot as a CRM contact record.
These providers may set cookies and process data on their own infrastructure. RevOpsDev does not sell your personal information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, operate and improve the website, and maintain security. Contact details submitted through the form are used only to reply to you and discuss potential work, never for unsolicited marketing.
Data retention
Contact records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention periods of the analytics providers listed above.
Your choices and rights
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information held about you. To make a request, email sharoze@revopsdev.com and it will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
